Can't diagnose the problem!

I have a problem with my pc but don't know what's the problem.
At first my pc restarted a lot of times itself so i thought the problem is the operating system or viruses so i did a format and fresh install the OS but the same problem appeared, then i checked the RAM and i think they weren't good so i changed them and bought new ones, but the problem still happened, then i changed the motherboard and now the restarting stopped but now another problem appeared, while i surf or play games the screen gets mixed up and distorted, so today i also changed the graphic card but the problem still happens, i don't now what to do else, i've changed everything the ram, the motherboard, the graphic card, the hard disk, the dvd rom, everything possible except the processor and the power supply.

Hi, it may be a over haeating issue, download speed fan, take a not of the temps with the PC at idle then play a game for 10 minutes and exit (have sppen fan running in the background) and see how temps are. http://www.almico.com/sfdownload.php
It may be the cpu is over heating. What PSU do you have? DOes it have enough power since you have upgraded.

Hi, if not already done so..update your video driver http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
Other than the display driver not responding...is the other issue now resolved?

Hi, the best thing is to download the latest driver from the link I gave you. Next in add/remove programes uninstall the old driver and reboot. Once rebooted install the driver you downloaded.
