Post Driver issues

Hi there,am having some issues with my brother in laws pc, problem being he has got someone to repair it and its come back with a couple of errors, not actually sure if it was him or the repair man,but his system is very unstable, like we cant access the internet.here goes with the problems firstly in device manager there seems to be a problem with Video Controller(VGA Compatible) and also PCI Simple Communications Controller, also Realtek Voice Manager crashes and wants to send error report on start up.
Personally dont know why he did it in the 1st place due to his system having a recovery partition on it before letting anyone near it to perform anything.

Did he have a new motherboard installed, the board does not correspond with the HP model. Get Everest / copy and paste the Computer – Summary section. Leave out the Debug –PCI section.
http://www.softpedia.com/get/System/...-Edition.shtml

lets make sure of the model.
