Can anyone recommend a graphics card for Microsoft Train Simulator

I have a PC with the following specification:-

Windows XP SP2
3.2Ghz
1024 GB Memory
235 GB Hard Disk
with a Radeon X600 Series

I use the Microsoft Train Simulator game, however it is running very slow and bitty.

Can anyone recommend a better graphics (£60 - 80) card that is not all singing and all dancing.
