CPU Problem

can someone help me? anytime I turn my cpu on, it gives a continous sound and refuse to boot

Beeping sound? turn off your pc and unplug your keyboard, see if that stops tne noise. If it does you have a key stuck down if not you could have something else causing interference. or failure
