Audio Problem

I have a pc i have never been able to fix the sound issue, i reinstalled xp on this machine over a year ago and still cant figure out what driver i need for this. now i usually know how to find out a driver etc but this machine has been very annoying.

I have tried the noral ac97 etc i have tried countless drivers i just cant find the correct one .

I know its sis something anyway, i hope someone can help me, her eis the report from everest.
