Videocard does freez at BIOS?

Hello guys,

I have a weird problem with my hardware. Before I'll begin to explain my problem, I'll start posting my hardware:
Core 2 Duo E6750
Asus P5N-E SLI
Asus EAH3870 TOP 512MB
2 x 1GB Kingston valueram. DDR800.

When I turn on the PC, it seems like the videocard is very busy. The RPM of the Vid. card is 100% and I can't see anything on my screen. Nothing is responding. I tried to turn off/on the pc to get it work, but it seems like that doesn't have any effect. Sometimes, it's working to turn off/on. Then it works normaly and the fan speed reduces himself to normal RPM and the pc functions normaly.

What could be the problem here?

Thanks!

Abadi
