Cant get into Windows! PLease Help!!

(HP Pavilion dv2500 notebook special edition)
i cant get into windows..or to the log in with a user screen

when i turn it on i get to that windows error recovery screen, and it gives me 2 options
launch startup repair or start up windows normally

neither of them seems to work when i press start windows normally i just get a black screen with green lines on it nothin happens sometimes it restarts itself or i turn it off
brings me back to that error screem all the time

another thing..
theres multiple screens on my laptop like six smaller screens instead of one single one.

i can boot in with Safe Mode..but not normally

im pretty sure i have a graphics card problem

i would appreiciate a lot if you guys would help me out! this i really a problem i cant solve..so Please

Victoria

ive posted a thread another page too if some1 wanna look at it

Can you provide a screen shot of the 6 screens, does it look like a cracked screen? (or similar) it could be your motherboard with a graphic card problem. I take it it's an Nvidia chipset? If so, you need a graphic reflow or new mainboard.

You could also have a software fault which means a full system recovery would be needed to help get back into windows.

Take it to somebody who can reseat your chipset. Otherwise, you'll need a new motherboard.

warranty has ran out :// i dunno what to do..its so exspensive to get it fixed here in norway, i had to pay 250$ just to get it checked!
(for checking what the problem is) not fix it!
btw the problem is the graphic card

ill have to add, this summer i was in asia, vietnam, i had brought my pc hoping itd be much cheaper to fix it there. the guy fixed it for 90$! (www.tnc.com.vn) it worked perfectly!
then after the trip the exact problem came up with the screen!
so its possible to fix it, but im not planning to go back to asia until next summer. getting it fixed here is too exspensive anyway..
maybe ill save some money for a mac, but id love to get this pc fixed!

what do u guys think i should do?
