Question Components getting too hot

My components are getting too hot, and it crashes because of that.

Is it possible to open the side of the computer, put a ventilator next to it, and just let it run on medium speed?

I don't think i can put an extra cooler in the PC, because my PSU is already having a hard time, powering my components.
