How to access router settings again ?

I have 2 routers one that is Wired (Dlink DI604, Main router) and the other wireless (netgear, secondary)
now what im trying to do is to link the second router to the first router and use it as a switch/access point (cuz its wireless).

i have followed a tutorial here:

i went into my second router's settings and i changed the ip address to : 192.168.200.2 (my first router being 192.168.200.1)
and i disabled DHCP and i saved the settings. after the save i cant access my second router's settings anymore!
i tried every ip adress i can think of but no avail! how can i access my netgear's settings again ?

any help here would be appreciated :

Hi, if you can not even ping the router you will have to reset it to factory defaults.
