Red face How to Install an LCd monitor with no disc

Hi, Have been given an lcd monitor to use but have no installation disc. It all works fine other than have a blue box in the middle of the screen which says Nonsupport Mode. How do I get rid of that without the disc? HELP!!!

What is the brand and model number? Should be on the back of it.

Unhappy Lcd

Hi thanks for your reply. The model is Winsonic and the model no is 4040569. Any help greatly appreciated.:
