No complete boot up...HELP!

After having to replace the power supply, I start my computer back up, and it only goes as far as showing my what processor I have. I believe all the connections are in order. No other boot up screen shows, or goes thru the normal motions it did before replacing my power supply. There is a message at the bottom stating "predd DEL to enter setup", but that doesn't even work. Anyone, please help!!!!
