How to change HDD from raid to non raid?

Hello! I have problems with my HDD. I have WinXP on this HDD but i cant start up my computer. After the loading screen (when showing windows XP) compter just restarts. I find out that with some other HDD all works. The new HDD is very small and its not mine so i need my HDD to work.
I loved if someone will help me to change HDD from raid to non raid
