reinstalled windows and now- NO SOUND

Hi,
i was wondering if anyone could help me, please?
i reinstalled windows and now when i try to listen or watch something- the sound doesnt work. The computer says there is no audio device installed!
i tried looking for the driver on the dell website but it was really confusing so i gave up!
i would really appreciate if anyone could help me

try intel d845 and intel d865 driver
it work on dell 4500
