Slave Drive

I have recently installed a slave drive on my computer. My OS is Windows XP Home. I would like to install Lindows on the slave drive and select this OS from time to time. Is it possible to do this and how do I proceed? My slave drive is formatted to NTFS as this was done by XP. Thanks for any help.

You should have no problems.
I'v not tried out Lindows myself, but do use a boot menu on my other computer to run Win98, Win2KPRO and Mandrake 9, all installed in that order. (win 2k and 98 on one drive thats partitioned, C: and D:, and Mandrake on a slave drive E: .
I use the Mandrake boot menu rather than the Win2K one.
You should be alright, but if you do run into problems, as long as you can boot into at least 1 OS you can then adjust the boot menu, or, install a different one to sort things out.

Most popular linux distros are quite easy to install these days and according to a review I read yesterday on Lindows; it is very easy. I suspect the install is mostly automatic with you picking the destination for the OS. The dual booting scenerio should be all done for you. I would go to the Lindows website and research the install procedure a bit before jumping in. Then, just boot from the Lindow's cd and go for it.
