Problem with Direct draw

In fact, I'm not sure that's direct draw the problem.
I reinstalled Windows XP Home Edition, and since then, i've a problem with the windows of the explorer. Before, when i moved the windows, this was fluid. Now, they are moving in a broken (sacatto?) way. Furthemore I can't use my games anymore. For instance, there is what it reads when i launch Diablo 2:

Error 22: A critical reror has occured while initializing Direct Draw.

Moreover, when I write a report with Word XP, when I use the right rod (the one with the arrow), or when i press Page Up or Down, or when I use the mouse rolling, the page move in the same way.

I tried already some things but nothing worked.
- I installed once again Windows XP
- I reinstalled Direct X then update to directX 9.0
- I reinstalled the Drivers then update them.

I have no idea anymore. Please help me.

Hoping someone will be able to find the solution of my problem.

Thank You

Check your graphics card driver, you are possibly running the default XP driver.
