Did it used to work fine or is this a new build.
You definitely need to inspect the interior of the computer to ensure the CPU fan is properly connected to the appropriate CPU FAN header on the motherboard. You need to ensure the CPU heatsink fan (HSF) assembly (and everything else too) is free of heat trapping dust and dirt. And you need to ensure the CPU fan spins freely immediately upon powering up.
If all that appears good, I would want to ensure I am supplying good power.
Are your temps good once it does boot and you use it?
You might also look in the BIOS Setup Menu to see what the error notice threshold is.
