Hard Disks

Hi all

I have a pc with:
Primary master: Disk Drive(default)
Primary slave:Zip 100
Secondary master:Cd-rom
Secondary slaveisk drive(new)
and also I have a IDE ADAPTER :
Primary master: cd-rom
Primary slave:none
Secondarymaster: cd-rom
Secondary slave:none

In BIOS I see all of these but on Windows XP I don't see the second Hard Disk and the two cd-roms which are in IDE ADAPTER.
Before everything worker until I installed the new Hard Disk. Window XP recognise the new Hard Disk but I don't see it on my computer. Also I don't understand why the two cd-roms which are on IDE ADAPTER don't work now and they haven't power.
What I should do? Thanks in advance.

Right Click My Computer > Manage > Disk Management - What drives are listed (This includes the lower RH pane)?

Right Click My Computer > Manage > Device Manager > Disk Drives - What are Listed?

Right Click My Computer > Manage > Device Manager > DVD/CD-ROM drives - What are Listed?

Right Click My Computer > Manage > Device Manager > Is the IDE Adapter listed?

If yes what is the status?
