removing a fan off socket 478

hi everybody,

i have a socket 478 2.4ghz celeron and i found out my motherboard is screwed up so i want to save my chip for the new mb. I know how to install the chip and the fan/heatsink combo, but not how to remove it. The combo has glue or somethin on the bottom so it sticks to the chip, it also has clips, i could take those off, but i can't remove the combo
