Radeon 9600 Not installing Right

Hello! I'm installing an ATI Radeon 9600 SE on Windows XP; I have downloaded the latest catalyst and direct x, but device manager sees two video devices:
1) Radeon 9600 Series
2) Radeon 9600 Series Secondary

The first one has an exclamation mark, so it's not working properly, and the second is supposedly good. But everytime Windows starts, COnsole will not start saying it didn't find the driver or device.

I have tried a fresh install of XP but the same thing happened.

u need to stop posting... thats the stupidest response ive ever heard..

try installing the drivers off the cd before you go out on the internet and download them
