athlon 2800, what do i set the bios to?

i have an athlon 2800 barton, with some samsung ddr 400 256mb on a pcchips m848ALU, And i upgraded from a athlon 2000, on an asus nforce 1 board, and well, i have a radeon 9700 pro, and before i could play games like call of duty fine. But now they run jerky, and crash real easily. I was wondering if any 1 knows how to set the athlon 2800 up in the bios, i have it on auto detect, but i think it may have it wrong as it is running at 166mhz cpu fequency, and the ram the same. SOme1 help, by ttelling me what to set it to, and what multiplier.
