How can I disable internet videos?

I would like to block streaming videos like the ones found in youtube.com, grouper.com, ang ebaumworld.com. Not exactly those site but also other videos from the internet without putting them in the restricted sites.

start>control panel>internet options>advanced tab

Under the multimedia tab there will be an option to disable animations sounds etc, take them off...

May I ask why you want to do this?

I think this doesn't work, I can still play videos from youtube and other site after disabling animations and video.

We are trying to block users from watching videos from the internet because they consume to much bandwidth. But we can't manipulate the networking only the workstations.
