Yes, I've read this. Its really scary, and I think it just might take off. The problem is that most people either don't know about this or don't know enough about the software industry to really understand it. Others don't believe it could happen and pass it off as paranoia. But TCPA is real, its a real inititave being put forth by some of America's largest companys. Its really going to hurt customers. The best way to stop this is to get it out, the more poeple who know about this, the better. Then people need to make alot of noise. Also, poeple must should that they are willing to use alternatives to AMD, Intel, and Microsoft.
