Can't get on to antivirus/spyware remove site..HLP

A while back ago i got that blaster virus, eventually after figuring that i had a virus i got rid of it. But every since then i have'nt been able to get on norton anti virus site, but no bigging get another anti virus program. That works for a while then can't get on that site! Long story short i cannot get on to alot of anti virus and spy/adware remove site, the range of what i can't get into has gradually become bigger. I believe some thing with in my pc is blocking and maybe its and active program or something.

I'm assuming that you're running Spybot or something similar?
Perhaps you could post a hijackthis log. There could be something there I or someone else will spot that may lead to the problem.
