IE6 "file/save as" does not save pages correctly on my local disk

Ref: I can´t save web pages on my local disk with IE6 - "Files\Save As" menu does not show the item : Web Page, complete (*.htm, *.html) ;

I´ve tried to repair I E 6 clicking add/remove ; useless measure ;
Secondly I´ve unistalled I E 6 , got back to previous I E 5 version , then I´ve reinstalled I E 6 and upgraded to IE6 6.0.2800.1106 (service pack 1) ;

it has not worked , items such as Edit , Save (control + save) are out of operation as well and Save As does not show the save complete (*,htm , *html) ;

Does someone have a good hunch ?
