Internet access

1st of all, sorry if this is in the wrong section.

I was wondering if anyone could help me with a problem that i am currently experiencing. I recently found that i am unable to use my "interent Explorer". This wouldn't be a problem as i use Mozilla mainly to browse the net, but it's affected me so badly that i can't access my mail via msn or use some software like Bittorent.

I recieve the following message every time i try to use internet explorer:

Forbidden
You were denied access because:
Access denied by access control list.
----------------------------------------------

and for Bittorent i recieve:
----------------------------------------------
Error (sum 4 digit number) - Forbidden
----------------------------------------------



if anyone has any advice it would be gladly appriciated.

Check out the Microsoft Knowledge Base article, "Access Denied By Access Control List" Error Message When You Open a Web Page. The solution there may also resolve the Bittorrent problem.
