How to insert Resume?

I need to enter my resume in some windows like this one I am writing now, in some recruiters Web site.
I have my resume in *.doc word format: What is the most
effective technique to put it without loosing the format?
Thank you

Have a look to see if they have some sort of uploading feature, so you can upload your .doc file. Otherwise just copy it (right click>copy) from the document and paste it (right click>paste) in the the text area on the site.

The format may not stay as you like it, e.g fonts, spacing.
But if you want to make it look good for an employer - print it out and mail it to him/her.

Maybe saving the *.doc file as *.hmtl could work better?
Maybe using some Html editor like Coffe Cup could give some quality to that text?
With that copy/paste the result is chaotic!

The problem you've got is actually getting the file onto their site. I had a feeling the copy/paste would look terrible.

If you change the filename to .html then it becomes even more terrible, but if you managed to convert it you would still have to problem of getting that file onto their site.

What is the site?

If you align all of the words it into one block or paragraph in 'Word' then copy and paste it on to the website, and make perhaps a few spaces on the site to tidy it up.

As long as the content is there and it is readable im sure it will be fine.
