If they are midi files on web sites (most are), check to make sure that midi isn't muted. Double click on the volume icon in the system tray to get to Play Controls. If midi isn't showing, go to Options>Properties, check midi, click OK.

Have you check your internet options in internet explorer

Tools
Internet Options
Click the advanced tab on top
Scroll down to multimedia section
be sure that play sounds in web pages is checked

Sorry i missed the end of your post fly_parvaz
Did you check the multimedia section of control panel (midi tab)?
Have you tried playing a midi file from your hard drive?

I haven't play around with net meeting that much, so I wouldn't be able to help you much... [sorry about that]... you may want to look at some other option that actually work unlike MS Net Meeting (n)..... I have used Yahoo messenger video chat as a substitution to MS Net meeting and it worked like charm,,, you may want to give that a try.

cheers
