This page cannot be displayed

I get the "This page cannot be displayed" error message when I try going from one site to another. For example, when I am on www.pricewatch.com and I am watching somthing from PCUSA.com, I click to go to PCUSA.com, but it says, page cannot be displayed. The only way i can get to the page is by typing in the address. This happens everywhere else. It is as if somthing is preventing the new links from opening up. Any help with this problem will be greatly appreciated

See if works only in IE. This will narrow down the problem by alot.
