OE6 cannot receive external email

hi guys,

really need help..
this outlook express on this one pc cannot receive any outside email (yahoo, hotmail .. etc)
internal email is OK

is there any configuration/setting for that?

Internal Email ? is that a company PC ? ask you IT person and see if they have the site blocked ? or incoming port (25) from those site black listed.
