web e-mail

I spent quite a bit of time searching for a good, free, email provider. I signed up for a couple and found them lacking (too slow or too many ads). I came across fastmail.fm. No ads, 10mb storage( 2mb in hotmail), and there dos'nt seem to be a limit on file sizes sent or received. And to top it off, it will check pop3 and hotmail accounts. It lives up to its name. Best I've found for free. Anyone else have any good leads on email?

http://www.myrealbox.com 10 MB no ads.

In http://www.fastmail.fm did you note "40 MB bw/month"? If you use more than 40 MB bandwidth / month then you have to pay $US14.95.

From their site

HotPOP is here to stay - Many other free email providers have been discontinuing their services recently, but HotPOP has no plans to discontinue or change new or existing free accounts.

The email service is 100% Free. No ads of any kind, no popups, no spam, no nothing. Just a FREE 5mb account that is yours to keep as long as you wish. We host our own email server and are able to offer this service to our users free of charge.

Some Features:

Unlimited address book.
5mb storage. (this can be increased if needed, at no charge!!!)
Max size of sound files: 102400 bytes
Unlimited email signatures
NO limit of the size of outgoing attachments
Unlimited Custom Folders
Ablility to add other POP3 email accounts
HTML Emails
Can upload custom "You've got mail" sounds

This is just to name a few options.

I will be integrating the email system to match the desing of the site in the next 2 weeks. In the mean time, the service is available for use. More storage space is available to people who help out with the forums, tips and ticks and other areas of the site.

Let me know if you need anymore info.

Vincent
