Internet Explorer not working...

Hi all. My internet explorer is buggered.... when i try to run it, i get this nasty image:
http://www.ns003b3175.pwp.blueyonder...ING_SCREEN.JPG

What I've tried:
- removing from control panel
- running iesetup.exe

When i run the setup file i get a message saying i already have the latest ie installed, which ofcourse is not true because i uninstalled it.

Any help is appreciated and thank u in advance.

In XP IE cannot be uninstalled via control panel. Check out this link for more info on repairing IE and installing IE.

Protocol Droid is right! Get Mozilla, it has popup blocking, tabbed browsing, download manager, all integrated! Get it now at mozilla.org

I think that they should intergrate some pop-up blocking software with IE.
