Connection Refusal

Hello everyone, I saw this site and was hoping to get some help. I'm having a little problem with my Internet. I have 3 diffrent browsers on my Computer, I use Firefox mainly, and have IE6 and SLimbrowser just in case. The other day I tried to connect to my online banking and got this message, "The connection was refused when attempting to contact online.wellsfargo.com"
At first I thought that it was just the site, so i went on with my buisness. Then I figured out that my connection was being refused by MSN messenger, and many other sites. I messed with all my cookie settings and ran Adaware+Spybot many times, as well as Norton. I have no idea what is going on, or why. But any help would be great. And It's not the fact that the websites are just "busy" there is something just wrong, so please any help would be great. Thank you

Please post back what kind of system your on, type of firewall your using, and type of connection (ISP Provider). I've been looking this up and have only found people talking about Norton firewall being the problem. Here is the site:http://www.spreadfirefox.com/?q=node/view/11476
You mentioned you had Norton, do you use a Norton firewall? If yes, try turning it off and see if that fixes your problem. If it does you'll know where the problem lies.
