Help undo replaced files

Hi,

I've done something so stupid - while ftping my files across to my website in xp I foolishly transferred to and from the wrong folders - i.e. replaced all my hard drive files with the old website ones, instead of updating my website.

Please can someone tell me that there is a magic undo to erase my stupidity?

Any help much obliged!
