how can i send an email with a video in it?????????

I need help sending a video to a friend of mine, but whenever i try sending it my email account freezes and the window closes up, now is there any way i can send this video without having a problem with my email account?

Video files are usally too big to email. Try putfile.

ok i tried it but it didn't work, now can you tell if there is any software i can use to compress this video file so i can make it as small as i can, because the size of this file is 160mb.

You need a http or ftp server for handling those kinds of files. Faststone Browser has a nice little, easy to use http server which may work for you.
