Im Paying 49.95 For My Dsl..but A Few Ppl I Know Say Their Paying 39.95..am I Paying To Much Money?

You may be paying higher prices because of local taxes and fees in your area. Some big companies, like Verizon and Comcast, offer discounts if you bundle packages. In my area, the Verizon is $35/mo, and Comcast is $43/mo. Unfortunately, Verizon shouldn't be doing false advertising promoting how good and available it is when in my town, lots of people can't get it (including myself

) and we have to pay $8 extra per month for broadband, by Comcast. Comcast also needs to come down on the price to outcompete Verizon.

29.95/mo for me aswell -- i like verizon better because not only can you get issues solved quickly, but they also bundle phone and satillite for a great deal. also, the upload speeds blow comcast out of the water -- i get around 750kb/s upload in my area with 1.5 download (constantly). I am one of the only people in my town that can get adsl though.
