Help Please I Am Helping My Bro With Internet Laptop

hey. my bro has winxp sp2 on his laptop. and he wants to get internet he bought a wireless g networking kit model number WKPC54G (i think). and its a linksys. but i don't know how to do the wires.. i set it up for laptop u know the disk and all.. but i need help with wiring. how do i do it? i have 2 computers connect to internet work. i have a 3com cable modem and a belkin router.
