no home page!

i got a problem!
my homepage doesnt come up anymore ...

idk y?
can someone help?
but everything else works(websites i mean)

check your "HOSTS" files to see if there is a by-pass or redirection on your home page's IP address.

Clean the Temp Internet Files and try to ping the home page... see if your DNS server can resolve it.

i still think that it does exist u know

& now my internet is VERY unstable & the thing is that i really dont know how to stablize it...

after about 20 min doing NOTHING concerned with the internet it just gives up ... "/

i have just reinstalled the SBC YAhoo DSL

BUT

i still have troble with the broadband link it just completely cuts off my internet access but idk how to fix it...

its wierd though ... "/
i have just restarted my computer again...
but this time i left AIM on instead of exiting it & now i have a stable connection

???

thing is that i dont know how this works ... everytime EVERY thime i try to access the internet its like im rejected UNLESS i have something to keep a constant connection with it...

can some PLZ help me ...

Well something is obviously kicking you off when you're idle. Check the windows connection settings, call your ISP and see if it has something to do with them, if you use a wireless internet connection check to see if its software has a cut off idle time.

well ... i would say ok well how do i fix it
BUT
its ALL the time even without AIM or any other program running

wel ...sry i havent replied in so long .. my computer is being really gay...

so well... this problem was pretty evident only AFTER i just system restored my computer after i was finished downloading a movie ... but i dont think that that would have anything to do with the router being all wierd...

& btw my friend tell me that it could be a router problem ... ?_?
my Q is ... : how the crap do i fix that & ... ya ... how?
