If you mean websites visited;
You can do a search in windows, type in
history and when the results come up you can go through them one by one. If you click on one and then on
explore it may say "
cant open blah blah" but if you check the box saying that you will choose from a list which program to open with, select notepad then you may be able to get a clue as to visited websites amongst a fair bit of gobbledegook. There's probably a more technical way to do it but this way worked when I tried it.
You probably have overwritten deleted stuff but this is simply a possibility.
There are restoration professionals who do this kind of thing but it is expensive and there are no guarantees.

Internet Options [via Tools in IE] and on the General Tab click on
Settings and then click
view files. This should have more clues. [cookies]
