Before you do anything, though, you should probably back up your registry either with that program or something like RegScrubXP if that one doesn't have it.

But it dont tell me nothing to do it just pops up and how do i back up my registry ?

That last paragraph explains how to back up. There should be a "back up registry" option. Programs like ERUNT will also do this.

I see there's a delete button. I'm guessing you should do that after backing up. I'm assuming that the CLSID is an already existing one that's just misdirected. How to fix that I don't know.
