internet explorer shutting down, help?

I am having trouble with my on me every couple days. After so long, I will be surfing and will get the "page unavailable" thing. I will no longer be able to use Internet Explorer until I clean out the cookies and temp. files and restart. This seems to occur more often when my daughter gets on sites full of her friends pics. I have run 3 or 4 different virus scans and come up with nothing. I have heard mention of adding virtual memory. Any ideas?

Sounds like a browser cach issue. Try this...

In Internet Explorer Go to Tools / Internet Options on the file menu.

On the General tab click the Settings button found under
Temporary Internet files.

Set the "Amount of disk space to use:" to 1 mb. Click OK

Need to install fresh OS.
