Disapearing Power Tool Resizer

I have been using the microsoft power tool re-sizer for about 1.5 years with no problems, until 2 mos ago I could not get it to work, or rather it just quit working. I did all the "clean" uninstalls, reinstalls that installed the program again, put, still, it did not work? I "googled "it, and performed the registry fix it said would fix ix, and still no resizer? I'm a Realtor who works hundreds of photos /mo, so I used the "dickens" out of that resizer, and really want it back. Any help out there? COME ON, ALL YOU "SUPER SIZERS" IN THE COMPUTER WORLD, I REALLY COULD USE SOME HELP HERE! SURELY I'M NOT NOT THE ONLY ONE THIS HAS EVER HAPPENED TO,SO HOW ABOUT SHARING SOME OF THAT REMARKABLE LEARNING WITH ME, SO THIS PROBLEM CAN BE RESOLVED? I REMAIN HUMBLED AND THANKFUL FOR ANY HELP, ANYWAY!
