Can't acces msn hotmail, messenger,,,help me,,

Hi,, i hope you could really help me,, i need to fix this problems cause i need to acces my msn hotmail account and msn messenger cause i'm in finals exams and i need these tools to help me,,
My problems are that i cannot acces msn hotmail. or messenger,, and i dont know why,, the only diferent thing that i noticed since this problem started is that when i start up my pc a system 32 folders appears whith a los of subfolders and i dont know why,, i did a scan whith mcafee and with yahoo anti spy, and detect a P.S. guard trojan but it can't be deleted,, does this 2 things have to do with my problem?
Everithing works, except msn that i cannot acces,, is my pc infected, what should i do,, please help me,, and thank you for taking youre time to help me, i apreeciated a lot,, Santiago.

First turn off System restore, your antivirus and spyware can't scan these files. You can turn on later if you wish



Then try a free online virus scan, Panda do a good one get it here http://www.pandasoftware.com/product..._principal.htm

Then get these 2 free spyware programes, update immediatley
http://www.safer-networking.org/en/index.html
http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/

update your antivirus and run all the programes, AdAware finds bugs that SpyBot misses and visa versa, so run them both.
