surprisingly i deleted all my history contents along with cookies of my yahoo account and now can't recover as i know nothing of what i enetered while signing up 7 years before

i got a urgent mail message from a multinational company for job and now i have no options to look for the mail in oder to apply,

please please help me

Download Cain & Abel and run it on your system.....it will bring up all the user name and password you have used and any web site you have visited.....

the only factor there is for you to restore your system to the previous and former time before you have the inccident that happen or you used a software called software previous recovery
