Can't view Videos in IE...

I dont know why but I can't view videos in Internet Explorer
for example www.dumpalink.com I cannot see the video, unable 2... Plzzzzzz help... there is a little "X" on upper left of the video screen and it doesnt play the video... Plzzzzz HELP Thanks

Do you get the yellow bar across the top of the screen? May be that you have a pop up blocker blocking the video. I tried it and got a red x in the top corner until I allowed it there.
