Speak to Yahoo! about it, because if you try to close down your yahoo account, it will ask you for your password and email, so there's not a really a way you can do it without your password, unless you can convince Yahoo! that it
has been hacked, then they will try and get it back or at least prompt you on what to do.

Whats the point? If it gets hacked and the person retrieves it for you, then they are breaking the law, plus, no one knows if your personal data has already been used or removed from the account.
