Places are too quick to ban

Places are too quick to ban? I think that sort of thing should be used as a last resort... Just delet and maybe worn offenders once or twice, to make sure they can't grow up, then if someoen continues to act like a moron then ban them for like 2-3 days at a time, never permanent.

This goes along with places that don't want people promoting, yet have banner ads... I think there has to be a more eithical way to do busyiness, than try to get peopel to sign up for like 30-40 things, in hopes to win some fantastic prize.

You may think an instant ban is too severe, personally I don't. Zero-tolerance I say. It's in the rules if people care to read them. You seem to be suggesting that the rules can be ignored a few times before you get banned. No way. Getting banned means you can only get around it by re-registering with a different email address - not easy for most people - and that's why getting banned immediately is the only way that makes sense.
