Help! Some sites won't open

I've been browsing these two sites theninja-rpg.com, naruto-arena.com, but for some unknown reasons, the sites won't open and always says problem loading page(firefox) and cannot find server(IE). I checked it with other computers, mainly in the cafe, and these sites are working. I checked other forums and some are users in that sites and they said it is working. Whats supposed to be the problem? I think these site are the only ones that cant be open,others are okay. I did all the delete cookies,temp files thing. Pls help.. thanks... sorry for my english.

Are you sure, that this site not included in your firewall as forbidden? Check this... Maybe it's your primary problem
