sure there is...what kind of router is that, wired or wireless ?? People use the wired port or wireless ???
You can always go into the Administrative setting of your router and disable extra ports pending on your router, most router allow you to filter MAC address and change the DHCP range........if you have only one computer then make sure DHCP range it shorten to one IP address and use the MAC address filtering which is the most effective method.
