Global IP problem/NAT

Hello!
I've recently ordered an installation of a fibre optics cable internet connection. But I've heard that this provider is quite a newb

The problem is, everybody, and I mean EVERY single client of theirs has the same IP adress. Fortunately, they don't have that many clients, but I'm worried that some torrent sites or any other useful sites may have banned that IP.

Is there a way of getting around this problem? (proxies, etc.)
