How To Block All Adult Sites Without Editing Host File...???

hi friends,
i'm a new member n this my first thread....how do i block all sites which relates to sex...one way l know by editing host file but there r thounds of adult sites

can nybody tell me how to block by proxy as universities do.....plz reply

I use IE 7>tools>internet options>content and follow the prompts.
